cca 250ml mlake vode
1 žličica soli
Za punjenje je potrebno:
400g svježeg kravljeg sira
150ml jogurta
3 jaja
soli po želji
Razvaljajte
ju s malo ulja a ukoliko Vam ostane
viška smjese prelijte ju preko već poredanih štrukli.
Pecite na
200 ° C oko 40/45 minuta dok ne porumeni.
Isprobajte ,uživajte u jelu i javite dojmove! :)

LEAFY CHEESE PIE
Although some say that burek shouldn't be called anything that isn't made with meat I always eat the ''fake burek''.
I don't eat meat on Friday's so I decided to try out something other then fish that would be tasty and fulfilling. I like cheese in all forms so why not make it the star of a lunch...and I tried making my own dough for it.Let's check out the process:

I don't eat meat on Friday's so I decided to try out something other then fish that would be tasty and fulfilling. I like cheese in all forms so why not make it the star of a lunch...and I tried making my own dough for it.Let's check out the process:
For the dough you'll need:
4 C of all purpose flour
4 Tbsp. of oil (olive or sunflower)
1 and 1/16 C of mild water
1 tsp. of salt
For the filling you'll need:
13 oz / 1 and 1/8 C cottage cheese
0.6 C yogurt
3 eggs
salt
Mix the ingredients into a ball shaped dough
and leave it in a closed dish for about half hour. It should be sticky and soft
to the touch.
Roll it out
on a floured surface.Keep flouring the surface as you roll it out.Diameter of
mine was about 60cm. It's gonna be quite thin.(Picture 1)
You can now divide it into 2 equal pieces or 4 as I did.
It's much easier to roll it due it's stickiness.
(Pictures 2)
Mix in the ingredients for the filling and you're ready to go.Don't tug the dough too
much or it will break.Try to gently push it with your fingertips so that it
unsticks.
I used a
circle shaped pan.Make sure you put nonstick baking paper on and a bit of oil
it so it doesn't stick.
.I put the snake
shaped dough in a circle starting from the middle to the outer side.
When you
formed it that way you like it spread a bit of oil on it and any excess of the
filling.
(Picture 3)
Bake until
golden at 400 F.
